1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and auth key confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Memberships & billing
- Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe.
- Your plan tier determines the number of instances you may run concurrently.
- You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes are prorated by our payment processor.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, because access is delivered immediately upon purchase.
- If a payment fails, your auth key and access may be suspended until billing is restored.
3. Auth keys & instance limits
Your membership issues a personal auth key that unlocks the Service and enforces your instance limit. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your auth key, or attempt to circumvent instance limits or licensing controls. We may revoke keys that are shared or abused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Service with accounts, devices, or software you are not authorized to control.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to extract source code or signing keys from the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload or distribute malware, or scripts designed to harm users, systems, or third parties.
- Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
5. Scripts & the Script Network
The Script Network lists scripts that are reviewed and cryptographically signed before distribution. You are responsible for the scripts you choose to run and for how you use them. Scripts authored by the community are provided by their authors; while we review submissions, we do not guarantee that any script is error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or compliant with the rules of any third-party platform. If you submit a script, you represent that you have the right to distribute it and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by Valhalla and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while your membership is active. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-party services & games
The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Discord and Stripe) and may be used alongside third-party software and online games. Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms. Valhalla is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex, Discord, Stripe, Google, LDPlayer, or any game publisher. Using automation may violate the terms of service of certain games or platforms; you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with any rules that apply to you and for any consequences, including account penalties.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any results will be achieved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valhalla and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, accounts, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valhalla and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and your auth key may be revoked.
12. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
