What counts as an “instance”?
An instance is one running client the app controls at the same time. Your tier sets how many you can run concurrently; you can create as many configurations as you like, but only run up to your tier’s limit at once.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — switch tiers any time from your Membership page. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically and your instance limit updates immediately.
How does billing work?
Memberships are monthly subscriptions handled securely by Stripe. Update your payment method or cancel any time through the billing portal.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your auth key is disabled automatically when a payment lapses, and re-enables the moment billing is back in good standing. You never lose your saved key.
Do you offer refunds?
Because access is delivered instantly via your auth key, subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Reach out in the Discord if something isn’t right and we’ll do our best to help.
